The photos and images used on the website may deviate from the original. The images and photos are therefore not binding.
2. Prices
The prices on the website are target prices. Prices are subject to change, stock exhaustion and any printing errors. Prices include VAT.
3. Order & Payment
After receiving your order, we will draw up a final order form. Payment must be made when accepting this order form. An order will only be accepted by us after receipt of the full amount. We do not accept checks. This means that we only accept an order if the total amount of the order is on our account.
4. Delivery & delivery costs
Wij bezorgen u de goederen per koerier. Hiervoor wordt een vast tarief aangerekend van 6,5€ zowel België, Nederland als andere geselecteerde landen, boven €75 is de verzending gratis. Kosten voor spoedbestellingen zijn altijd ten laste van de klant.
Alle zendingen reizen op risico van de bestemmeling. Onder overmacht wordt verstaan elke vreemde oorzaak, alsmede elke omstandigheid, welke in redelijkheid niet voor haar risico behoort tekomen. Vertraging bij of wanprestatie door onze toeleveranciers, vervoersmoeilijkheden, werkstakingen, overheidsmaatregelen, vertragingen in de aanvoer, nalatigheden van leveranciers en/of fabrikanten van ledshoponline.be. Alsmede van hulppersonen, ziekte van personeel, gebreken in hulp- of transportmiddelen gelden uitdrukkelijk als overmacht. Uw bestelling zullen we met de nodige zorg uitvoeren. Indien de levering vertraging oploopt of niet uitvoerbaar blijkt, dan zullen wij u eveneens inlichten.
5. Cancellations, taking back goods, right of renunciation with us 14 days reflection period

It is of course always possible that you are not satisfied with one or more products received. If this is the case, the product can always be returned, in its original condition and packaging.
After all, Body2fit.be uses a cooling-off period of 14 days. Within this period you may view the ordered product, as you would do in the store. The product may therefore be removed from the packaging to view it. If the product is no longer complete or looks visibly used, we unfortunately cannot take it back. If in doubt about this, we always advise you to contact us, so that you will not be faced with surprises afterwards. Even in case of return exchange, we do not take back the products.
6. Return
Return procedure: the invoice number must be clearly noted on the return packaging. Returns without an invoice number and a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted. The goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery. Incomplete products will not be accepted. All shipping and handling charges must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept cash on delivery
