Aesthetic Mass has been specially developed for hardgainers who work hard to achieve a great athletic body that is both massive and aesthetically pleasing. Aesthetic Mass contains a combination of all important mass packer ingredients: whey proteins with maltodextrin, creatine, ZMA and a vitamin mix.

Aesthetic Mass provides 900 kCal per daily serving, although it contains very little sugar and less than 1.8% fat.

The key ingredients per daily portion

• Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) – the WPC is obtained using a low temperature Cross-Flow Membrane Filtration (CFM) technique and contains 10g BCAAs. Proteins contribute to the growth of muscle mass.
• 6g Creatine Monohydrate – creatine promotes performance during short consecutive and intense exercises, such as weight training.
• 41mg Zinc Magnesium Complex – Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Magnesium helps against fatigue and also contributes to normal muscle function and protein synthesis.
• Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C. Vvitamins B1, B3, B6 and C contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and also help against fatigue. Vitamins B6 and C also contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

1 serving = Mix 3 scoops (125g) with 300ml of water. Take 2 servings per day, every day of the week.

On Training Days: take 1 serving between meals and 1 serving after training.

On Rest Days: take 1 serving in the morning between meals, and 1 serving in the afternoon between meals.
