BCAA & Glutamine  is an “intra workout drink” that can be drunk immediately before, during or immediately after training. It provides the body with the necessary amino acids Leucine, Iso-leucine, Valine and Glutamine.

1 serving = Mix 1 scoop (10g) with 250ml of water. Take 1 serving before, during or after training.

The key ingredients per serving

• 6.5g BCAA in the ratio 8 : 1 : 1 – The BCAAs belong to the group of essential amino acids, which are not produced by the body itself. Therefore, they are of strategic importance to athletes.
